Three things.

1. This running inside thing is really starting to kill my buzz.
2. I need to train more.
3. HOLY FUCK SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIX THE A/C AT MY GYM. I think I'm still overheated. That is all.

  2. Your speeds are remaining remarkably consistent. By 3 miles or so, most people start taking a good gutpunch to speed.
